Lake District Part I.

Had a recovery weekend in the centre of the Lake District. (Part I.)Day 0 was spent mainly in the car but I really enjoyed watching the landscapes on our way from Cambridge. Once we reached the lakes, I asked my husband to stop for a quick stretch. Okay, the real reason was that I spotted some sheep that I had never seen before and they were incredibly cute! 😀
After a good sleep in a cosy cottage room with open logfire, we woke up to a tempting scent of freshly baked bread on the next morning. 🙂 It was a foggy day but we had a great walk near the lake Thirlmere.
