It is nice to have two amazing outdoorsy friends who know all the cool places around München. Therefore, when you’re visiting them, you can definitely expect to see something nice.
We took a day trip to the beautiful Partnach Gorge to escape from the crazy heat that hit Europe this summer. There’s far more to see around Garmisch-Partenkirchen but unfortunately, we had little time to spend there. Maybe next time we’ll conquer Zugspitze. 🙂
Before you enter the gorge, you have to pass by the huge ski jump hill. o.O Jaw dropped.
It's getting wild!
The same with our friend, Zoli. 🙂
Tourists ahead, beautiful scene.
Small waterfall inside the gorge.
Many people tried this, ended up screaming. (Yes, it was cold. 🙂 )
Before you leave the gorge, you may have a last glimpse of the crazy river.
Exiting on the other end, bright sunshine, cc. 15 degrees warmer than inside the caves.
Tempting cool waters.
Love when people build these pebble thingies.
Bye, bye, beautiful Partnachklamm. 🙂
