I’ve been working on this session for a while… Shame on me! But if an image is born in my head, I won’t publish it until it’s perfect – or nearly perfect.
Adriana is the most classy and graceful beauty I’ve ever known, a rare treasure in this weird world. I was honestly hopeless about ever being able to create this series, until the day I met her. She was just the perfect model for the role of Mata Hari, also a great partner in the preparations: she totally nailed the character I had in mind and prepared with amazing accessories for this photoshoot.
Believe it or not, this was the first time we met in real life. Still, none of us felt uncomfortable with each other’s company, we just knew that this was going to be a very special day together with an awesome outcome. She asked me not to retouch her scars, as she accepts them as a part of herself – I couldn’t agree more. She’s flawless, she’s beautiful and unarguably a role model.
